We hold our meetings in the zendo of the Hartford Street Zen Center, which is located in the basement. You can enter the zendo directly from the street by taking the stairs on the right-hand side of the building. Please do not ring the front doorbell so as to not disturb the residents of the Center.

Everyday Dharma

Meetings every Sunday from 3 to 5 pm

3 to 3:30:  Silent meditation period

3:30 to 3:40:  Short silent break followed by first-name introductions and brief announcements

3:40 to 4:25:  Talk and discussion with guest Buddhist speaker

4:25 to 4:30:  Final questions and chanting of Three Refuges

4:30 to 5:  Tea and cookies upstairs

Dharma Book Study Group

Thursdays, from 7:30 to 9 pm

Meditation followed by discussion of a chosen book that has been chosen by the group. You do not have to be current with readings to participate in the group discussion. For more information, please visit our Yahoo group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DharmaBookStudy/.
